A new two-count indictment has been returned by a grand jury in Virginia alleging Cory Bigsby killed his 4-year-old son several months before he reported him missing to police, RadarOnline.com has learned.
According to the indictment, Biggsby allegedly killed his son Codi Bigsy on or around June 18, 2021, as Front Page Detectives reported.
Around 9 a.m. on Jan. 31, 2022, Bigsby contacted Hampton Police and said he last saw his son around 2 a.m.
Hampton Police held a press conference at that time and Chief Mark Talbot said he hadn’t received completely reliable information and the “evidence that we have does not completely match the stories that we have received at this point.”

Two days after the news conference, Hampton Police named Bigsby as a person of interest in Codi’s disappearance.
He was later arrested on suspicion of child neglect, police said.
According to WAVY-TV, Bigsby now faces 30 counts of child abuse.
Those counts relate to Bigsby allegedly leaving his children home alone and not seeking medical care for one of his children, who was hurt.
Meanwhile, Codi’s body has still not been found.
