A California man has been arrested after he allegedly decapitated his female relative and then fled the scene with her head, RadarOnline.com has learned.
According to the Santa Rosa Police Department, officers responded to a home in Santa Rosa around 3:40 p.m. on Nov. 2, regarding a possible homicide, as Front Page Detectives reported.
Once officers arrived on scene, they found a deceased female who had been decapitated.
The victim’s head was not located at the residence, police said.
Investigators determined 24-year-old Luis Gustavo Aroyo-Lopez killed the female relative and left the scene with her head.
