Britney Spears is back on the market for a new home.
The singer took to Instagram Tuesday night to show off the view from her Thousand Oaks Mansion. A few hours after the post was made, she revealed that she's looking for a new place to live after being freed from her conservatorship.
Spears has lived in the California mansion for over 7 years and now that she's completely free to live her life the way she wants to she's looking for a place to truly call her own.
The pop star posted two videos from different vantage points of the estate looking out onto the hillside. The videos show off a gorgeous pink & blue sunset and Spears makes sure to include a look at her pool and jacuzzi in the frame.
The Toxic singer wrote to her fans "So this is the view from my room ... it’s pretty spectacular!!!" She continued "I’ve lived in this house for 7 years and I’m in the process of buying a new home (insert house emoji) … it’s time for a change !!!"
"I’ve been pretty modest about the home I live in now" Spears declared, before confessing "I know you guys have seen me dance in my living room …. but honestly, I have 3 living rooms!!!"
There's no word on whether or not Spears has already chosen her new abode but we're sure all the real estate agents are dying to snag her as a client.
The decision to move also comes days after she locked down a $15 million deal to write her first memoir.
Spear's conservatorship came to an end last November after nearly 14 years. Los Angeles County Judge Brenda Penny determined that the "conservatorship of the person and estate of Britney Jean Spears is no longer required." The singer's father James Parnell Spears was in-charge of every aspect of his daughter's life but after a massive campaign against the man - he and the conservatorship finally came to an end giving Britney her own identity back.
