Britney Spears' Ex-Husband Jason Alexander Officially Charged In Airport Arrest Following TSA Violation, Hearing Moved To November
Britney Spears' ex-husband Jason Alexander might want to continue hawking his GoFundMe page to pay for legal fees because RadarOnline.com has learned he's officially been charged in his airport arrest.
According to court records, the District Attorney has officially hit the 39-year-old with an air security violation charge — a misdemeanor in Nashville, Tennessee.
Jason's court appearance has been moved from the original date of September 24 to November 18, along with his DUI hearing.
The D.A.'s charge comes one week after he was arrested by airport police in Nashville.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Jason was taken into custody on August 29 after wandering into a non-secure area and attempting to come back through TSA while skipping the line.
The Davidson Country Criminal Court Clerk tells RadarOnline.com, Jason was "double-locked" in handcuffs and taken to a secure room for questioning.
Despite later calling it a "mistake," Britney's ex spent the night behind bars at the Davidson County Sheriff's Office.
He was released the following day after posting a $2,500 bond.
His airport incident happened just seven months after he was arrested in Nashville for DUI.

He copped three misdemeanor charges including driving under the influence, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, and possession or casual exchange of a controlled substance.
Following his release on August 31, Jason started a GoFundMe, begging fans for donations towards his legal fund.
As of Tuesday, he had only raised $36 towards his $10,000 target.
We just checked the numbers, and he's still a good chunk away from his goal. Collecting a profit of $25, Jason's standing at a whopping $61, making him $9,939 short.
After his arrest, Jason was spotted shirtless and ranting about his incident with airport police.
He returned to the scene of the crime days later. Arriving at the airport in Nashville, Jason successfully got through TSA and made his flight to Los Angeles.
Unlike her ex, Britney recently faced a legal victory when her father, Jamie Spears, finally filed to end her conservatorship after 13 years and months of battling the pop star in court.
