Britney Spears' First Ex-Husband Jason Alexander Arrested By Airport Police In Nashville, 7 Months After Being Charged With DUI
Britney Spears' first ex-husband Jason Alexander was arrested by airport police in Nashville on Sunday, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.
We've confirmed Jason spent the night at the Davidson County Sheriff's Office and was released on Monday after posting a $2,500 bond.
According to the booking sheet obtained by RadarOnline.com, Jason was arrested on a misdemeanor. The charge appears to be listed as an air security violation.
Sources tell us that Britney's former flame got into it with airport security, but details surrounding the alleged confrontation are unclear.
Jason is due in court on September 24 to face Judge Lynda Jones.
This comes just 7 months after he was arrested and charged with three misdemeanors including driving under the influence, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, and possession or casual exchange of a controlled substance.
His court appearance for that case is scheduled for September 9.
Jason was Britney's first husband, who she married on a whim during a Las Vegas night in 2004.

The Oops!... I Did It Again singer filed to have their marriage annulled after just 55 hours from saying "I do." The decision allegedly came after her parents raised concern about their spontaneous nuptials.
In June, Jason reportedly spoke out about Britney's 13-year conservatorship battle with her father, Jamie Spears.
According to the #FreeBritney account @FreeBritneyLive, Britney's ex-husband told the outlet he was "forced" to sign an NDA.
He said he was addressing the conservatorship because he "cannot in good faith stay silent about the things I saw happening."
Jason alleged he "saw signs of Jamie's greed" way back then, saying her father "had his daughter on a tight chain then just like he does now."
Ending his thoughts on the matter by claiming it's not his story to tell, Jason said when Britney decides to speak out, it will be "bone-chilling to the core."
Claiming her gut-wrenching testimony two months ago didn't even "begin to scratch the surface of everything she's been had to endure," Jason allegedly promised "it goes beyond the 13 year conservatorship."
Jason isn't the only one facing legal troubles. Britney is currently being investigated for battery after a staff member claimed the singer "struck her."
