Britney Spears is raising eyebrows after she was spotted with her phone in hand while driving alone.
The 39-year-old pop icon has been photographed behind the wheel a lot recently, but her latest outing has left everyone shaking their heads.
In photos, Spears can be seen cruising around in her ultra-luxurious Mercedes-AMG SL 63 -- worth around $155,000 -- with one hand on the steering wheel and the other holding up her cellphone.
California is strict on its hands-free driving policy, making it illegal to use a phone or an electronic device while operating a motor vehicle.
If caught in the action with the phone in hand, Spears could have been charged with a hefty fine.
Spears' phone holding photos come at a time where all eyes are on her regarding her conservatorship.
The Oops!... I Did It Again singer's mishap comes just hours after her boyfriend Sam Aghari got into a fender bender.
The 27-year-old fitness guru was involved in a minor car crash on Monday while driving near Spears' mansion.

Neither party involved was hurt but police were called.
According to reports, Asghari and the other car involved were not cited for the accident.
Spears' boyfriend later took to social media and admitted fault.
"I just got in a car accident," he told his followers. "Was it my fault? Yup!"
He then went on to show some minor damage while revealing he's only had his Jeep for two weeks.
Asghari's accident comes as Spears declared in court that she wanted to ride in a car with her boyfriend -- something she says she's not always able to do because of her strict conservatorship.
It looks like Spears' wish was granted because she was spotted driving with Asghari in her Mercedes over the weekend -- and that's not the only thing that caught attention.
When the two stopped at a Starbucks drive-thru, a gigantic diamond sparkled in the light when the singer grabbed her iced mocha.
Sporting what looked like an engagement ring on that finger, the pop princess left everyone wondering if she and Asghari took their relationship to the next level.
