Andy Dick Arrested On Felony Violence With Injury Charge, Fiancée Claims He's On A Downward Spiral With Addiction After Being Evicted

Andy Dick was back behind bars this week. RadarOnline.com has learned the 55-year-old comedian was arrested and booked on a felony.
According to the booking sheet obtained by RadarOnline.com, Dick's arrest went down on Saturday at 4:45 PM.
The Los Angeles Police Department Hollywood Station confirmed the news, telling RadarOnline.com, the offense was violence with injury.
We've learned Dick was released on Tuesday after posting a $50,000 bond.
He is due in court over the matter on October 25.
While the star was locked up, his alleged fiancée, Elisa Jordana, addressed his arrest to fans and revealed he's been on a downward spiral with addiction since allegedly being evicted from his home.
According to Jordana, the night he was arrested the two went to a steakhouse and Dick invited a few male friends.
She claims the comedian was in rare form over their meal -- allegedly stealing plates, wine glasses, etc.
Jordana says she begged Dick to spend the night at her house, but he ran off with his friends after the meal.
She alleges Dick then got into a fight with a man named Lucas, who suffered injuries.
"It was the worst with him. It was getting worse and worse," Jordana states in the video, "every day there was some kind of problem."
"There were signs this was going to happen," she adds.
In fact, Jordana says she was "nervous" about his behavior during her birthday week because her mom was coming to town.
Dick's reported fiancée also assured his fans that Dick was "safe" behind bars, stating that she felt relieved about his arrest.
Jordana claims everyone the comedian associates with is dangerous.

According to Jordana, Dick had been living in a hostel after being evicted from his home.
Dick and Jordana announced their engagement in March.
“He asked me at 6 in the morning a few Sundays back, and I said yes,” she told Page Six of the proposal. “We are always working on the relationship, so as long as nothing weird happens it is happening. My mom is coming in June for my birthday, so hopefully then.”
Andy Dick has a long line of legal trouble, including several arrests throughout the years.
