5-Year-Old California Boy Dies After Twin Brother Allegedly Fatally Stabs Him During Argument

The suspects are still trying to be identified from the vicious road rage attack, police said.

Twin 5-year-old brothers were allegedly arguing in California when one of the twins fatally stabbed the other one, RadarOnline.com has learned.
According to the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office, officers were dispatched to a residence in Scotts Valley around 4 p.m. on Nov. 15 for a victim of a stabbing, as Front Page Detectives reported.

After matching the DNA from the spit to the crime scene, an arrest was made.
Once at the scene, deputies learned that two 5-year-old twins were fighting, “as siblings sometimes do,” officials said.
During the fight, one of the twins grabbed a small kitchen knife and stabbed his twin brother, police said.

The victim was found with 15 stab wounds and lying in a pool of blood by police in 1988.
The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he passed away, authorities said.

Buchanan was transported to the hospital, where she would die from her injuries.
The sheriff’s office worked with the District Attorney’s Office and in a statement, they said “in light of all circumstances discovered by our investigators, no charges will be filed.”

During the investigation, officials determined no charges would be filed in the case.
During the current investigation, officials determined there was no indication of negligence or criminal activity by any other party.
No details were given on how the boy gained access to a knife in the kitchen.

In a statement, the sheriff’s office said, “We are heartbroken for the family of these two young children and share in their grief.”
