Magic Johnson’s daughter is opening up about her horrifying home invasion and revealing the scars she got when making a daring escape.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Elisa Johnson was staying at an Airbnb rented by some friends in the San Fernando Valley when two armed men burst in last December.

As robbers held ten of her pals at gun-point, 24-year-old Elisa —who was in a bedroom at the time and heard the commotion — managed to squeeze through a sliding glass door at the back of the house and run down the street calling for help.

Though she survived, the harrowing experience left her with physical and mental scars.

On Thursday, April 25, she stripped down to a sports bra and pants for an Instagram selfie, revealing the long scars covering her stomach.

“Months ago, I escaped from a home invasion and in the process I was left with intense scaring on my stomach,” she wrote in the accompanying caption. “Until now I’ve been so afraid to show these scars, and incredibly insecure about the way I look. But I now realize these scars are a part of my journey, and tell the story of who I am.”

Elisa, who has appeared in her brother EJ Johnson’s reality show EJNYC, didn’t give any more details about the robbery.

RadarOnline.com readers know the burglars cleaned out the home and fled the scene before police arrived, taking with them a $40,000 haul of Rolex watches, jewelry, electronics and cash.

The scary ordeal forced Elisa to hide her body and her feelings, but she is now in a place where she can positively confront her experience.

“I love my body, and I am proud to be in the place I am today,” she shared.
