UPDATE- According to court records, the star is no longer listed as a fugitive, but she is still under a DMV hold. She has a court hearing on April 16.
The Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina Kirschenheiter is currently listed as a fugitive just weeks after she was busted for a DUI, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.
The 34-year-old housewife was arrested for a drinking under the influence charge on Jan. 31, 2019. According to court records reviewed by RadarOnline.com, the Bravo star then skipped out on an arraignment hearing that was scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 28.
Kirschenheiter’s release status is now listed as “fugitive,” according to court records.
A California judge also issued a warrant for her arrest due to her absence from the hearing.
Sources previously told RadarOnline.com Kirschenheiter was humiliated after the January arrest. She admitted herself that she made a “very bad choice” during a mom’s night out.
“I am extremely disappointed in myself and regret my actions wholeheartedly. I have learned a valuable lesson and hope to show you al that this one incident does not define me,” she said.
However, if the housewife gets pulled over again, it looks like she’ll be heading straight to jail.
A source close to the star insisted she was told not to attend the hearing.
"On the advice of her attorney, Gina was told not to appear," the source said. Her attorney will be at court this morning...to rectify the bureaucratic misfiling of her papers that had pushed the court date into May."
