At least 49 people are dead after being shot by a group of right-wing terrorists at a mosque in New Zealand. Another 48 are hospitalized with injuries, 20 of whom are in critical condition.
This Friday, March 15, an Australian self-confessed white supremacist barged into the Al Noor Mosque in Christchurch on the country's South Island with a semi-automatic shotgun and a rifle. He opened fire on about 100 worshippers practicing their Friday prayers, and took his time reloading his weapons before continuing his killing spree.
RadarOnline.com has learned the first reports of the shooting took place at 1:40 p.m. and two hours later reports of car bombs began. By 4:04 p.m. police had just one suspect out of four in custody.
Using a body camera, the shooter — who identified himself as Brenton Tarrant from Grafton, NSW, Australia — live-streamed the massacre on Facebook.
The disturbing video shows the 28-year-old, who was dressed in army clothes, scouting the scene for more innocent victims to gun down. His shooting spree lasted about 17 minutes, at which point police intervened and took him into custody.
At the same time, other shooters arrived at Masjid mosque in Linwood and killed seven people. Other victims died and suffered injuries from car bombs and explosives.
At least 12 operating rooms were opened at Christchurch Hospital, as many victims required life-saving surgeries. Worried families of the worshippers are currently waiting outside the hospital, hoping to hear good news about their loved ones.

Police arrested four people, three men and one woman, for their involvement in the mass slaying. One man in his twenties is being charged with murder and is expected to face court on Saturday, March 16. Authorities the massacre was intricately planned by the group.
The massacre is New Zealand's worst ever terror attack and one of the deadliest mass-shootings in the world. The country’s terror threat level has been set to “high alert.”
The New Zealand mosque shooting comes almost two years after a London terrorist drove his van into a crowd of Ramadan worshippers outside a mosque, killing one and injuring at least 10.
“I’m going to kill all Muslims — I did my bit,” he reportedly shouted as he exited his vehicle.
