Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo are moving to Los Angeles!
This week, the Counting On star and her soccer-player-turned-minister husband shared a statement about their decision.
"In recent days, God has made it overwhelmingly clear to us that he is leading us out of Laredo. Through much prayer and counsel, the next step for our family is to relocate to Los Angeles to attend Grace Community Church as Jeremy pursues graduate studies at The Master's Seminary," the couple told PEOPLE.
RadarOnline.com readers know the young parents — who welcomed daughter Felicity Nicole on July 19, 2018 — moved to Laredo, Texas, shortly after their 2016 wedding. Jinger left behind her family home in Arkansas to help her husband with his ministry work. And now, it seems his work is taking the to Hollywood!
"As excited as we are to begin this new adventure, leaving Laredo this July will be one of the hardest things we've ever done; our friends here have become like family. Please pray for us as we open this new chapter of our lives," read their joint statement.
Jinger, 25, and Jeremy's big move comes about six years after RadarOnline.com reported Jinger was anxious to move to New York City — or any big city, in fact, to get away from her conservative family.
Speaking to RadarOnline.com exclusively in 2013, Jinger's mom, Michelle Duggar, explained that her rebellious daughter simply wanted to have a shorter drive from her home to Walmart so she could go shopping. She suggested Jinger go visit brother Josh Duggar in Washington DC, but made it clear that's about as far she'd let her go.
"New York City is way above what we would ever consider a city where she should move!" The devoutly Christian mom of nineteen vowed.
For years before she married Jeremy, 31, Jinger was thought of as the wild child of the religious family, and fans constantly bet on her to break her parents' strict rules.
