Kylie Jenner celebrated daughter Stormi's first birthday on Friday, February 1, 2019 -- as rumors swirl that baby daddy Travis Scott might propose during his Super Bowl halftime show.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star's party for her girl was scaled down due to fears of rain in Los Angeles.

Although it poured the day before, Stormi's special day was clear, and Kylie, 21, explained on Instagram, "Alright so, we were supposed to have Stormi's birthday party this weekend. It's not happening because it was supposed to rain and it's not raining anymore.

"Ya it didn't end up raining, but it's alright better safe than sorry. We have all her cousins here and everybody who loves her. We're playing with farm animals..."

Kylie, who stunned fans by getting pregnant at a young age by rapper boyfriend Travis, 26, held her daughter's more modest birthday party indoors. She decorated her home with colorful ribbons, balloons and rainbow decorations sure to delight her adorable tot.

Followers saw party hats, shiny hearts and boxes of crayons in Kylie's social media posts. The cake for the little girl was decorated entirely with sprinkles and read, "Happy Birthday Stormi." Her dad Travis is preparing for the biggest gig of his life as he set to perform on Sunday, February 3, 2019 at the Super Bowl during a half time show also featuring Maroon 5 and Big Boi.

Twitter users are running wild with speculation that Travis could pop the question to Kylie at the football game or during his performance. Travis recently told Rolling Stone about his relationship with Kylie, which is going on two years, "We'll get married soon. I just gotta sturdy up—I gotta propose in a fire way."

The big stage of the Super Bowl would certainly be "fire"! Also, the two have a history with the Super Bowl, as Kylie shocked the world by announcing on game day last year, February 4, 2018, that she'd given birth a few days before, on February 1.

Kylie hadn't even confirmed she was pregnant before the Super Bowl day announcement! Now a year has gone by and Kylie and Travis couldn't be happier with Stormi.
