Khloe Kardashian has finally dumped cheating Tristan Thompson once and for all, but RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned the reality star isn’t going to cut him out of the life of their daughter, True.
“This is going to be a tricky one and just because a man cheats does not mean that he is unfit to be a father,” noted an insider close to Khloe, 34.
“Obviously she does not want anything to do with him right now, but, because he is True’s father, she will have no other choice than to be a part of his life for her entire life,” the insider pointed out.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Khloe confronted Tristan, 27, about the allegations that he hooked up with Kylie Jenner’s best friend, 21-year-old Jordyn Woods, at a house party on February 17.
“Khloe was told by people who saw Tristan and Jordan making out,” a source previously told Us Weekly. “Khloe confronted Tristan, and he admitted it was true.”
Khloe must now face the uncomfortable reality of the situation.
“Khloe does not know how she is going to navigate this, because she already pretty much has custody of their daughter with the understanding that Tristan will come on the weekends,” said the insider. “She realizes that her baby needs a father figure in her life.”
Right now, Tristan is back in Cleveland, where his team, the Cavaliers, is planing the Phoenix Suns on February 21.
Since the scandal, she has posted cryptic tweets about "betrayal" and showed off adorable photos of her daughter.
"Her main priority is True," a source told RadarOnline.com on February 15, when RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed Khloe and Tristan had split.
