The claws came out on the latest episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills — and the drama all pointed to the OG herself, Lisa Vanderpump.

During a sit-down dinner in the Bahamas, the star was called a "liar" and accused of "setting up" Dorit Kemsley.

The chaos began when Kemsley adopted a puppy named Lucy Lucy Apple Juice from Vanderpump's dog rescue organization. Kemsley claimed the dog bit her children, so she found a "wonderful" new home for her. Somehow, the dog ended up in a shelter.

The matter took a turn for the worse when Vanderpump's employee revealed Kemsley's dog faux pas to Teddi Mellencamp and Kyle Richards.

Lisa Rinna claimed Vanderpump had her staffer spread the dog gossip so Kemsley would look like a villain — and she would keep her relationship with her longtime friend intact.

"Lisa, why aren't you upset about this? He's your employee!" Rinna screamed across the dinner table. "This wouldn't get out there if you didn't want it out there. This is like bulls**t going to Teddi, bringing Kyle in. It sounds like a f**king set-up!"

Vanderpump tried alleviating the drama by claiming she never doubted Kemsley's intentions.

"I don't believe for a second you were guilty of giving the dog to anybody but what you thought was a great home," the Vanderpump Dogs owner told her pal.

"However, it all went wrong, and you should have given the dog back to me, I suppose," she continued.

Kemsley was brought to tears when she realized her co-stars had knowledge of the incident. Vanderpump's longtime sidekick, Richards, even claimed she was in the wrong.

"I think she wanted to punish her because she wants to protect her relationship with Dorit at the same time," Richards said.

"I am not a liar!" Vanderpump then said in her confessional. "These women questioning my integrity I don't appreciate at all. They don't even know what the f**k they are talking about! I'd rather stay home and have a root canal."

Readers know RadarOnline.com broke the news that Vanderpump felt "betrayed" by Kemsley after she found out she'd abandoned one of her beloved pups at a shelter.

All the bad blood between the two made the cast threaten to stop filming with Vanderpump, as they claimed she was clearly dishing RHOBH secrets to RadarOnline.com! (RadarOnline.com boss Dylan Howard later announced Vanderpump did not spill the beans.)

"Dorit knows how much dogs mean to Lisa, and that is really the worst part about it," the insider said at the time, adding that eventually Kemsley apologized.

Also in the episode, Vanderpump told Erika Girardi that the condolence note she sent after her brother died of suicide was not good enough.

"I'm very sorry you feel that way but that comes from my heart," Girardi said. "If that didn't work for you, I'm...you know, I don't know what to say."

Girardi then pushed her plate in front of her angrily before Vanderpump admitted she was wrong.

"Well don't bring it up again and we can move on," Girardi added. "But I will defend myself down to the f**king bone."

Meanwhile, newcomer Denise Richards was still figuring out how to transition into a ritzy Beverly Hills housewife.

"I was just not expecting everyone to be so f**king fancy! I packed the wrong s**t. I learned that quickly," she joked of her wardrobe for the island getaway.
