Multiple Sclerosis-Stricken Selma Blair Worried She Won’t Be Able To Walk Down Wedding Aisle

Stricken by a crippling nerve disease, RadarOnline.com has learned Selma Blair is facing the bitter reality she may never walk down the aisle with her fiancé, David Price.
Blair, 46, was diagnosed in August with multiple sclerosis, an incurable nerve disease that will eventually force her into a wheelchair and then an early grave.
“I am disabled,” the Cruel Intentions actress admitted. “I fall sometimes. I drop things. My memory is foggy.”
MS causes the immune system to eat away at a victim’s nerves.
“It’s a crippling disease,” said Dr. Stuart Fischer, who has not treated Selma. “She will lose her ability to walk. She can also lose her ability to talk, swallow and even breathe.”
Blair— who has a seven-year-old son, Arthur Saint, from a previous relationship — realizes her diagnosis is a virtual death sentence, according to a source, but she’s still trying to remain upbeat.
Despite that, insiders said she’s terrified the disease will progress so rapidly she won’t be able to stand by her future husband’s side when they exchange vows.
“Selma is struggling with this emotionally,” an insider spilled. “She knows that her condition will continue to worsen, and she doesn’t want to burden her new husband.”
Blair’s diagnosis came just as she was celebrating two years of sobriety. In 2016, she admitted to having “mixed alcohol with medication” in an odd airplane incident, that saw her flip out while traveling first class.
The actress, who played Kris Jenner in the miniseries American Crime Story: The People vs O.J. Simpson, recently partied at Jenner’s holiday bash at daughter Kim Kardashian’s mansion.
“Kris and Kim have gotten really close to Selma since the miniseries,” noted a source. “They want to host the wedding — and Selma doesn’t want to disappoint them.”
