Broke Rob Demands Chyna Fork Over $17k To Pay For Damages After Her Alleged ‘Attack’

Broke Rob Kardashian wants Blac Chyna to fork over more than $17,000 after he claimed she did significant damage to his home and property after her “violent attack” on him, according to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.

Dream Kardashian’s warring parents have been locked in a bitter legal battle since a nasty fight allegedly broke out in Kylie Jenner’s home where they were living in December 2016.

Financially strapped Kardashian’s court documents, filed on Jan. 18, 2019 in the Los Angeles Superior Court, detailed his version of the fight that ended with thousands in damage.

“Plaintiff alleges that White (Blac Chyna) tried to strangle and physically assaulted him with a metal rod during an alcohol and/or drug fueled rampage in which White also broke down a door, damaged walls and smashed a television and other personal property.”

Kardashian’s court documents continued: “Documentary evidence proves that it cost more than $17,000 to repair and/or replace only part of the property White destroyed. Plaintiff also incurred substantial costs in changing locks and hiring security to deter additional violent attacks on his person and property.”

In the documentation provided, an invoice showed the work that reportedly was done on the Calabasas home Chyna and Kardashian shared after their daughter was born.

The work done on the house on Dec. 19, 2016 was listed as: “Replace drywall, patch holes, prep and paint interior wait and trim as thru. Door needed. Remove door, provide replacement door, paint & hang $12,695.47.”

The document also listed the price to replace the television Kardashian claimed was damaged. “Samsung 75in 4K UHD JU7100 Series Smart N - 75 Class $2,649.50.”

The Blast was the first to report the news of Kardashian’s legal filing.

Kardashian listed the reason why he is suing her for damages.

“These costs were the direct result of White’s wrongful conduct and are recoverable by Plaintiff. Civil Code § 3333. Plaintiff is also entitled to general damages for the physical assault he endured, and to punitive damages for White’s malicious attack (both in amount to be decided by the jury).”

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Kardashian is broke, needing his mother Kris Jenner to rescue his failing sock company Arthur George as his refusal to film the family reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians cut off all of his income.
