Gregg Leakes Apologizes To NeNe For 'Grouchy' Attitude Amid Cancer Battle

Gregg Leakes is taking responsibility for his marriage woes with wife NeNe Leakes.
This Monday, the 64-year-old shared an emotional Instagram message to the Real Housewives of Atlanta star, admitting that she's been his rock throughout his entire cancer battle, despite the fact that he's unwillingly let her down.
"We always hurt the ones we Love.. because they allow us to hurt them rather than snap back. I'm tired of hurting my wife who is only trying to take good care of me and wants only the best for me too. She deserves much more for her hard efforts and tireless hours spent on me. I Pray to God to get it together," Gregg rote alongside a sweet photo of NeNe, 51.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, the reality star recently put her ill hubby on blast for being "evil" and "grouchy" with her while she's only trying to take care of him and be by his side.
While fans deemed some of her comments about Gregg's attitude after cancer very insensitive, NeNe insisted the story gets more complicated behind the scenes — and she is not the bad guy.
"He's changed as a person, his attitude changed," she told PEOPLE."I feel like that day, I lost my husband. Our whole dynamic changed. Sometimes I forget that he's sick and I need to remind myself because he's so on the edge. He's not nice, but he can't help it."

And while Gregg did not address her comments at the time, he is now ready to take the blame for his actions.
"She's done NO wrong... this is ALL on me," he wrote in his post. "Cancer WILL change your Life."
RadarOnline.com readers know Gregg and NeNe have been married since 1997 and share two sons together. Though he's been battling stage 3 colon cancer since June of 2018, he's confident that his faith in God and good prayers will cure him entirely.
