The legal drama is never ending for Teresa Giudice. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star was accused of trashing her vacation home in a bombshell lawsuit exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com.
In the small claims complaint obtained from Superior Court of New Jersey, Peter and Donna Ruffini sued Giudice for property damage in the amount of $3,000 and breach of contract on August 27, 2018.
According to the complaint, Giudice agreed to “no pets and no smoking on premises” during her stay at their Ortley Beach rental home in New Jersey for the week of July 21 and July 28.
“There was a dog in the house for more than a week and house smelled of smoke,” the complaint read. “On first deck there was a plastic cup left with an empty packet of cigarettes, along with butts spread all over the front parking area.”
But the damage doesn’t end there, as the complaint claimed the vacation home’s hardwood floors were scratched, and the area rug in the dining room and sofa cushion were stained.
The tenant who occupied the home from August 4 to August 11 claimed two dining room chairs were “completely broken.”
“Dish mat was laid over dish rack to the right of the kitchen sink; upon lifting both full of mold and mildew,” the complaint continued. “Metal bed frame was broken, wood footboard bent.”
In the third bedroom, one wall was scratched down to sheetrock with a red/pink stain on it. The runner on top of the dresser’s mirror also had a stain.
And finally, the vertical blinds were torn off the rod and laid on sofa. The other blinds were attached with duct tape.
Giudice, 46, was served and given a court date of September 26, 2018.
A clerk for the Ocean County Superior Court confirmed to RadarOnline.com that the case was “settled per telephone call.”
