Bethenny Frankel Sobs Over Boyfriend Dennis Shields' Death On New 'RHONY' Season
Jan. 4 2019, Updated 9:50 a.m. ET
Bethenny Frankel has been through the ringer this year with boyfriend Dennis Shields' death, and RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively the reality star's grieving process will air on the upcoming season of Real Housewives of New York.
In August, Frankel's on-again, off-again boyfriend Shields, 51, who has appeared on the Bravo show, was found dead of an overdose in his apartment.
Frankel filmed the scene with frenemy Jill Zarin, who just went through tragic loss of her own when her husband Bobby passed away.
The ladies let bygones be bygones as Zarin supported Frankel during the devastating time, just as Frankel did to Zarin when her husband died last year.
As readers know, Zarin lost Bobby to cancer last year, and although Frankel previously dumped the couple as friends, she was invited to the memorial service in New York and was there to support her costar.
"It was something that was unavoidable to get on camera," an insider told RadarOnline.com exclusively. "Jill asked her about Dennis and the cameras definitely catch Bethenny's reaction to what went on surrounding his death and there were tears."
