‘I Miss My Kids!’ JWoww Files Restraining Order Against Ex Roger Mathews
Jan. 4 2019, Updated 9:51 a.m. ET
The nasty divorce war and custody battle between JWoww and Roger Mathews just took a turn for the worse.
Mathews claims the Jersey Shore star filed a restraining order against him following a heated argument inside their New Jersey home, RadarOnline.com has learned. And now, the 43-year-old father of two says he can no longer see or speak to his children.
In an emotional Instagram video, Mathews tells fans that JWoww, 32, threatened to call the cops on him after a fight, so in order to take control of the narrative, he called them himself and got thrown into a cop car around 2:00 a.m.
“This is the level my ex-wife takes it to after telling my kids their dad is a piece of s**t and she’s sorry she ever had children with him,” writes Mathews in the caption. “She gets so emotional and irrational in her anger this is the level she brings it too”
Mathews adds it's the “saddest day of my life watching her tell my daughter ‘she is sorry she had children with your daddy.’ The truth will come out. The truth will set you free. I will never stop fighting for my kids.”
RadarOnline.com readers know JWoww dumped Mathews earlier this year, though days after the split, he told fans on social media he would continue fighting for their marriage.
In another explosive clip, Mathews says his wife has turned daughter Meilani, 4, against him because she “cannot control her emotions” and acts irrationally in front of the children. He says it was heartbreaking to see his child hit him because he'd upset her mom.
In yet another teary video taken at 7:00 a.m. this Friday, Mathews says he is lying awake on a couch missing his son, Greyson, 2.
“His mother is so hate-filled towards his father that she would do something like this," he says through tears.
“I’m not allowed to speak to my children, not allowed to go get clothes, not allowed to step foot in the house that I’ve lived in for eight years,” he adds. “I miss my kids, man.”
