Tamera Mowry’s husband waited for hours outside the Thousand Oaks club where his niece was gunned down, hopeful that she was alive, he revealed in a heartbreaking interview.

Adam Housley, a Fox News journalist, shared his grief about Alaina Housley’s senseless death at the hands of the Borderline shooter Ian David Long.

“I mean, you know, I’ve been on your side the whole time, and to be on this side's not fun," he told  Entertainment Tonight’s Kevin Frazier.

His niece was one of the 12 victims of the country bar shooting.

"She was an incredible, beautiful girl who didn't hurt anybody, and was excited to go to Italy for a program overseas. Senseless, man, just senseless."

Housley fought back tears, saying: "She was a good girl. She was a good girl. Really good girl."

Mowry’s husband explained why he was on the scene.

"I mean, you do what you do. She was my goddaughter, you know?" he said.
