The ex Southern Charm star was scheduled to appear in court on November 5 for the second degree assault and battery charges stemming from his alleged attack on his former nanny.

Ravenel “undressed and made sexual advances on the victim,” the Charleston Police Department Description of Offense stated about the attack that allegedly took place in 2015. “The defendant grabbed the victim’s hand and placed it on his penis before attempting to remove the victim’s clothing,” the police documents obtained by RadarOnline.com stated.

“While attempting to remove the victim’s clothing, the victim’s underwire bra cut into her skin and her shirt wrapped around her neck, which caused the victim to struggle to breathe,” cops alleged in the document.

“The defendant pulled down the victim’s pants and said, “Show me your p***y,” and began grabbing at the victim’s vagina.”

Ravenel turned himself in to the Charleston Police Department on September 25, 2018.

Ravenel and Jacobs broke up in the summer and he accused her of cheating on him, but the couple rekindled their romance and she was standing by her man during his sex assault trial.
