Ariana Grande’s ex-boyfriend Mac Miller’s final autopsy report has revealed the late rapper died from an “accidental drug overdose” — putting an end to the unanswered questions surrounding his tragic passing almost two months ago.
Although the grief is still very real for the 25-year-old singer, finally learning Miller's official cause of death has given her “much relief, as it is the closure that she needs to heal,” a family source told RadarOnline.com.

According to the Los Angeles Medical Examiner’s detailed toxicology report , Miller, 26, passed away on Sept. 7 at his home in Studio City, Calif., from “mixed drug toxicity,” which included the deadly combination of “fentanyl, cocaine and ethanol.”
As RadarOnline.com reported, Grande once hinted to fans that Miller's addiction issues caused the relationship to implode last April.
Since Miller's death, the family source said the “No Tears Left To Cry” singer has been in “intense therapy" to cope with the sad loss.
