Teresa Giudice 'Talking Divorce' From Joe After Judge Rules To Deport Him From U.S.
After RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that a judge ruled Joe Giudice must be deported from the United States to his native Italy, the jailbird's Real Housewives of New Jersey star wife Teresa is now considering filing for divorce, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.
According to multiple sources close to the mother of four, Teresa, 46, is weighing her options now that her felon hubby's fate is official — and it's not looking good for Joe.
"She is talking about divorce, absolutely," one source told RadarOnline.com. "There is no way Teresa is going to uproot her life. He did this, why should she suffer?"
The source added Teresa will support Joe through the appeal process. However, she has finally accepted unless "something extraordinary happens," Joe will be kicked out of the country.
Another insider told RadarOnline.com Teresa is still considering planning a spinoff in Italy about her new life, but if her four daughters don't want to go abroad, she will stay put in New Jersey without her longtime love — and will file papers.
"Teresa has told friends that an option is to divorce him, and she feels that's what she'll have to do if the girls don't want to move to Italy," the insider claimed.
After learning RadarOnline.com's shocking report this morning, Teresa has been "confused, scared and in a state of shock," the insider insisted.
"It's too much. We all think Teresa should divorce Joe for putting her through this, it's despicable."

As RadarOnline.com reported first, Joe, 46, argued against the judge's shock ruling in immigration court today.
“I don’t understand how I can be deported on this case,” he stammered. “If you will, I’ll tell you my side. I shouldn’t even be here right now.”
Joe has been serving a three-year sentence on fraud charges since March 2016. Teresa previously served one year in prison on similar charges, and was released in 2015.
