Teresa Giudice Won't Move To Italy With Husband Joe, 'RHONJ' Nemesis Kim D Claims
Joe Giudice will be deported from the United States to his native country Italy, RadarOnline.com exclusively reported this morning – and it appears he may be making the move overseas without his wife Teresa. In RadarOnline.com's exclusive interview with Teresa's Real Housewives of New Jersey enemy Kim DePaola, she claimed her former friend is not moving to or even visiting her husband in Europe.
"I feel bad, I really feel bad," DePaola exclusively told RadarOnline.com. "I don't think that he should be deported but unfortunately, that's the rules. Do I think he really deserves to be deported? No. I think it was a mistake on his part. He should've became a citizen."
She then slammed Teresa, 46, claiming she "could care less" about the deportation.
"Teresa has no blood running through her veins," she said. "She has ice water. She can't keep a friend, she's out day and night, posting dinner, lunch, Miami, California, Vegas, Atlantic City. But I do feel bad for Joe and I do feel sorry for the children."
She even claimed that Teresa is "absolutely not" moving to Italy with their four children.
"She ain't moving nowhere," the Posche by Kim D boutique owner said. "She's staying here. She's going to film her show, she's going to ride the wave. And just like she didn't visit him in jail, she ain't going to visit him in Italy, no."
Despite DePaola alleging that their marriage "is over," she doesn't believe the deportation will force the RHONJ star to file for divorce.
"She's going to still keep playing the phony role because I heard that she got a contract with Bravo," DePaola alleged. "She's going to definitely play the role, but I don't know how you can do that when you're out every night doing your own thing."
But a source previously told RadarOnline.com that Teresa could move to Italy with Joe to film a spinoff. The show would focus on Teresa opening up an Italian restaurant with her husband.
"Teresa has a strong fan base and is the only reason the show is still going so they would scrap it and give her her own spinoff," said the insider, as RHONJ has allegedly "lost its luster" and is "not up to par with the Housewives brand."

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Judge John Ellington told Joe at the October 10 court hearing in Pennsylvania's York Immigration Court, "Based upon the law, I find you deportable and ineligible for any kind of relief. Mr. Giudice, no matter how this turns out, I wish you the best. I decided this case as a matter of law."
Joe, 46, who appeared via teleconference, responded to the ruling, "I don't understand how I can be deported on this case. If you will, I'll tell you my side. I shouldn't even be here right now."
He continued, "I have to go back and tell my kids this, and they've been waiting to hear from me… My charges are one of the lowest charges in this whole BOP facility or whatever you call it. I can explain."
The judge responded, "I get no joy in telling a family this news."
Fortunately for Joe, he has a chance to file an appeal by November 9.
Joe was sentenced to prison for 41 months for federal fraud charges.
