“She is leaning toward letting the appeal process play out, and not make any formal decisions just yet.”

As first reported, an immigration judge ruled on Wednesday, October 10 that felon Joe, 46 — who is serving a three-year federal prison sentence on fraud charges — must be deported back to his native Italy. However, he has until November 9 to appeal the decision, which multiple sources said he will definitely do.

Teresa’s former friend Kim DePaola told that she most certainly won’t follow Joe to Italy — and the source agreed.

"Teresa won't be moving to Italy with Joe, period. In no uncertain terms would she even consider uprooting her life with the girls and moving,” the source insisted. “Of course, publicly Teresa is going to say she supports Joe, and hasn't even thought about what to do.”

Teresa, who served one year in prison for her role in the fraud but still denies she knew anything about committing a crime, is “still extremely bitter” that she lost precious time with her beloved late mother before her sudden death in early 2017.

As previously reported, Teresa is feeling “emotionally and financially independent” in the years since her husband’s 2016 imprisonment — and is ready to take on the world as a single mom.

She has yet to speak out publicly about the news of Joe’s imminent deportation.
