Evans was under fire recently after her ex Nathan Griffith accused her of keeping their son Kaiser from him.

The four-year-old had surgery last week, getting his adenoids removed, but his father was furious about allegedly not being allowed to see him for weeks on end.

“Every time I start heading up early to see my son there is always a reason I can’t see him,” Griffith previously told RadarOnline.com. “I was half way there and she told me he’s sick. Every single time he’s sick. She tells me she needs to take him to the doctor.”

Griffith’s girlfriend claimed the custody agreement states if the toddler is sick, he must remain with the parent he is currently with.

“That’s why she always uses that excuse,” Ashley Lanhardt told RadarOnline.com.
