Rosie O'Donnell's Daughter Demands Ex Hand Over Family Gifts, Photos In Nasty Divorce
Rosie O’Donnell’s daughter’s divorce is getting nasty!
RadarOnline.com can exclusively report that Chelsea O’Donnell is demanding her ex, Nick Alliegro, return valuable family gifts to her as part of their divorce proceedings.
Chelsea, 21, made the request in a scathing court filing on October 18, claiming her ex was supposed to give her the items weeks ago based on a temporary order the two agreed upon in September.
Chelsea claimed her ex still owes her a couch, television stand, blue pots and pans given to her from Rosie’s ex, Kelli Carpenter, and family photos. She claimed Alliegro was holding her items against her on purpose.
“The respondent has intentionally failed to meet his obligations as ordered by the Court, and that conduct constitutes disobedience of the Order of the Court and impairs my legal rights,” Chelsea stated in the filing.
What’s more is Chelsea alleged in the documents that Alliegro told her he would not return the remaining items until the divorce is finalized.
Chelsea and Alliegro have been locked in the bitter divorce battle since April 2018.
She is currently expecting a daughter with her boyfriend, Jacob Bourassa.
In addition to demanding her goods from her ex, the mom-to-be also requested that the court find Alliegro to be in contempt of court.
Plus, she’s demanding Alliegro cover the costs of legal fees she spent to file the October 18 document.
On October 23, the court commissioner requested Alliegro to appear in Wisconsin court in person to resolve the matter. If Alliegro fails to appear, court documents stated a warrant will be issued for his arrest. A date has not yet been determined.
While Chelsea continues to battle her ex in court, her famous mom, Rosie, 56, is happily engaged to her much-younger girlfriend, Elizabeth Rooney, 33, RadarOnline.com reported.
