“The defendant shall surrender to the custody of Bureau of Prisons no earlier than January 15, 2019 or as soon thereafter as the Bureau of Prisons shall designate,” the court papers read. “It is further ordered that Defendant shall surrender to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons at a location to be designated by the Bureau of Prisons.”

Sorrentino, 36, was sentenced to 8 months in prison on tax evasion charges on October 5.

Radar can exclusively reveal Sorrentino’s brother Marc, who was sentenced to two years in prison, must also surrender on January 15, 2019.

A rep for Sorrentino did not respond to Radar’s request for comment.

The surrender date works perfectly for Sorrentino, as he is marrying fiancée Lauren Pesce in early November, RadarOnline.com exclusively reported.
