What Lesson? Mike Sorrentino’s Brother Accused Of Stealing More Money From Government
Mike Sorrentino’s brother Marc’s legal trouble didn’t end when he was sentenced to two years in prison on October 5, 2018. RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal Marc has been hit with an order claiming he makes enough money to pay for his own legal team.
“The United States of American having raised the question of whether or not defendant Marc Sorrentino has been and/or continues to be eligible for the services of CJA counsel, who was appointed to represent him on June 24, 2015,” the order filed on October 10, 2018 read.
CJA is representation for a person financially unable to obtain adequate counsel.
Marc has been ordered to provide to the court and the government “accurate and complete information about all income he has received from January 1, 2015 through the present date, as well as information about all income he will likely receive in the next 6 months.”
The court will then evaluate Marc’s current and past eligibility for CJA counsel.
