Kourtney Kardashian's Ex Younes Bendjima Served With Lawsuit Over Alleged Assault

Kourtney Kardashian's ex-lover Younes Bendjima's life seems to have imploded since their breakup.

The boytoy model, 26, has just been served with a lawsuit over an alleged assault against a security guard, The Blast has reported.

The website explained that in September, Mario Herrera sued Bendjima, accusing him of attacking him at the Coachella music festival earlier this year.

The guard contended he was stationed at the men’s bathroom when Bendjima tried to enter with Kourtney, 39.

Herrera claimed Bendjima turned mean when the guard informed him that Kourtney wasn't allowed to enter the men’s bathroom.

The guard claimed that Bendjima picked him up and slammed him against a wall, causing Herrera to be severely injured and treated at a hospital.

He sued Bendjima for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

In recent court documents, The Blast noted, Herrera said Kourtney's former boyfriend had been personally served with the legal docs at his West Hollywood condo.
