RadarOnline.com can reveal exclusively newlyweds Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin are looking to score the mansion Demi Lovato almost died in for pennies on the dollar!
Sources say Baldwin believes Lovato's "desperate to sell" mentality will allow the couple to selfishly offer her millions less than what it's worth.
"They know she wants to sell it and they're preparing to low ball her," a source connected to the couple told RadarOnline.com exclusively. Bieber, 24, and Baldwin, 21, took a look at the property on October 17. "They liked the house, especially Justin, and he wants to ask $3 million less than what Demi's asking."
Lovato, 26, listed the home for $9.5 million on September 4. Just three weeks later, Lovato dropped the price $500,000 because there had been no interest in the 5,000 square foot Hollywood Hills mansion.
"Make no mistake, the price was Hailey's idea," the source continued. "She counts Biebs' pockets more than his accountant. She figures the less he spends on this house, the more money of his she gets to spend especially now that they're married. She thinks Demi's desperate to sell and is hoping she and JB steal this house from her."

RadarOnline.com readers know, Lovato was found unconscious in the home and rushed to the hospital of a suspected overdose back in July. She spent weeks in the hospital before being transferred to a rehabilitation facility.
The troubled singer's mother was extremely vocal in having Lovato begin a new chapter in her life and encouraged her to put the mansion on the market.
