Deportation Plans Set! Joe Giudice’s Family ‘Working On Home For Him’ In Italy
Joe Giudice’s family in Italy has been quietly preparing for him to come to Europe once he is deported, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
“His family in Italy has been planning for this and they already started working on a family home for him, doing repairs and making it livable,” a source close to the Real Housewives of New Jersey star told RadarOnline.com. “Joe’s family hoped this wouldn’t happen, but they were trying to make sure if it did that Joe would be comfortable living there."
An immigration judge ordered Joe, 46, to be deported back to his native country, RadarOnline.com exclusively reported today. The news shocked Teresa and the girls, as well as his parents and brother.
“Joe doesn’t speak any Italian," the insider told RadarOnline.com. "This will be terrible for him."
The shocking news was delivered to a stunned Joe on Wednesday, October 10.
“Based upon the law, I find you deportable and ineligible for any kind of relief,” Judge John Ellington announced at the court hearing in Pennsylvania’s York Immigration Court.
Joe, 46, who appeared via teleconference, responded to the ruling, “I don’t understand how I can be deported on this case. If you will, I’ll tell you my side. I shouldn’t even be here right now.”
He continued, “I have to go back and tell my kids this, and they’ve been waiting to hear from me… My charges are one of the lowest charges in this whole BOP facility or whatever you call it. I can explain.”

While Teresa's enemy Kim DePaola claimed she is “absolutely not” moving to Italy with their four daughters, the source told RadarOnline.com his mother has pledged her allegiance to her son.
“Joe’s mom wants to go with him if he ultimately has to go," the insider said.
