A judge ruled in immigration court today that Teresa Giudice's incarcerated husband Joe must be deported from the United States to his native Italy, RadarOnline.com exclusively reported this morning. Now, in an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, The Real Housewives of New Jersey star's cousin Rich Wakile is blaming the Bravo show for his family member's misfortune.

"I have goose bumps," Kathy's husband told RadarOnline.com. "The poor guy lived here his whole friggen life. It's unbelievable. It's terrible."

Rich, 54, blamed the "stupid" Bravo series for his cousin's legal troubles.

"He got the shortest end of the stick out of anyone else I know on TV," Rich said. "He got zero benefits from it. He personally got zero benefits out of it. That's the disgusting and terrible part."

When asked if he believes the show ruined his life, he responded, "Hell yeah!"

Rich told RadarOnline.com that he has kept in touch with Joe, who is currently in prison for fraud, despite their years of public feuding.

"We have texted with him back and forth prior to him getting moved from Jersey to Pennsylvania prison," he said.

RadarOnline.com also reached out to his brother-in-law Joe Gorga, who responded, "No comment."

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Judge John Ellington told Joe at the October 10 court hearing in Pennsylvania's York Immigration Court, "Based upon the law, I find you deportable and ineligible for any kind of relief. Mr. Giudice, no matter how this turns out, I wish you the best. I decided this case as a matter of law."

Joe, 46, who appeared via teleconference, responded to the ruling, "I don't understand how I can be deported on this case. If you will, I'll tell you my side. I shouldn't even be here right now."

He responded of his four daughters with wife Teresa, "I have to go back and tell my kids this, and they've been waiting to hear from me… My charges are one of the lowest charges in this whole BOP facility or whatever you call it. I can explain."
