Bodies Of Two Women Bound Together By Duct Tape Found On Hudson River Rocks

The bodies of two women duct taped together were found washed up on the rocks in the Hudson River this Wednesday, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Police told New York Daily News that a passerby saw the bodies on the stones near the water while riding his bike in the Upper West Side's Riverside Park. At around 3:00, he called 911 to report the horrific sighting.
"The bodies were on stones. One of them was facing up. She was a woman. I couldn't believe it. I can't see how this happened," eyewitness Martin Castillo, 40, told the outlet.

Police confirmed to PEOPLE that the women were lying face to face with duct tape around their waists and feet. They were fully clothed an appeared to be in their late teens or early 20s. though their bodies did not show signs of trauma, they were sent to the medical examiner's office to determine their cause of death.
