Slow Justice! Casey Anthony’s Parents' Home Foreclosure Trial Moved To Next Year

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Casey Anthony’s parents have successfully postponed their home foreclosure trial until next year, RadarOnline.com exclusively learned.

More than 10 years after little Caylee Anthony was last seen alive at their Florida home, George and Cindy Anthony are fighting to keep the house after they stopped paying the mortgage.

Casey’s mom, who was suffering from hypertension and high blood pressure, told the judge in the case in late summer that she needed an emergency delay in the case due to a doctor-ordered bed rest.

“The Non-Jury trial set for November 16, 2018 is hereby CANCELLED and reset for March 1, 2019 at 9 am,” revealed court records obtained by RadarOnline.com.

Caylee and Casey both lived in the modest home with George and Cindy. Casey’s attorney claimed during her shocking trial that the little girl possibly drowned in the backyard pool and her grandfather covered up the death.

A jury acquitted Casey of the murder of the toddler and she never returned to her parents’ home, instead living with her legal team and purportedly continuing her party lifestyle.
