‘Below Deck’ Star Rhylee Gerber Once Arrested For Criminal Trespassing
Season six of Below Deck airs Tuesday night – and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that one of its new cast members has a criminal past!
Rhylee Gerber, an Alaska native, joins the season as the group’s deckhand. But RadarOnline.com has learned that the new Bravo star was arrested in January 2018 for criminal trespassing.
According to explosive documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Gerber, 33, was arrested on January 23 in Harris County, Texas for “unlawfully, intentionally and knowingly” entering and remaining on the property of another female “without consent,” according to court papers.
The reality star failed to leave the property “after having received notice to depart,” the documents furthered.
According to the shocking documents, Gerber was appointed a lawyer by the court because she was found “not financially able to pay all or part of the cost of legal services and related expenses.”
The charge of criminal trespassing is a misdemeanor with a maximum penalty of a fine of $500 or less, or imprisonment for up to six months, court papers stated.

An official at the District Court of Harris County confirmed to RadarOnline.com that the reality star was able to avoid jail time. Gerber’s charge was ultimately dismissed on February 5, 2018 after she completed a decision-making class and 12 hours of community service.
The 33-year-old was also required to write a letter of apology to the complaining witness.
Gerber celebrated her 33rd birthday days after her charges were dismissed. On Instagram, the reality star admitted that she was “one truly blessed individual.”
