Al Roker Wants Megyn Kelly FIRED After Blackface Scandal: 'He's Disgusted With Her!'

She probably should have stayed at FOX! exclusively learned Al Roker is urging executives to fire Megyn Kelly after her shocking blackface scandal.

"Al's not satisfied with Megyn's apology and he's disgusted with her and the network," a source close to the 64-year-old weatherman legend told "He doesn't think she's good for the network and wishes they would just yank her."

As fans know, on Megyn Kelly Today October 23, Kelly, 47, defended people dressing in blackface saying "back when I was a kid that was OK, as long as you were dressing up as, like, a character."

After serious backlash from her colleagues and viewers, the next day Kelly apologized. Roker publicly slammed Kelly on TODAY, saying "she owes a bigger apology to folks of color around the county."

Kelly offered an apology on NBC’s Megyn Kelly Today Wednesday morning.

“I want to begin with two words: I'm sorry,” Kelly told her audience. “You may have heard that yesterday we had a discussion here about political correctness and Halloween costumes. And that conversation turned to whether it is ever okay for a person of one race to dress up as another: a black person making their face lighter or a white person making their face darker to make a costume complete. I defended the idea, saying as long as it was respectful and part of a Halloween costume, it seemed okay. Well, I was wrong. And I'm sorry.”'s insider revealed Roker was being polite on-air and that deep down, he's really offended by her comments and feels the network will be ruined if it continues to keep Kelly.

"He thinks Megyn says some of the most ignorant things and asks inappropriate questions to guests and believes she's hurting the brand," the source explained. "Simply put, Al's not her fan and he and a few other staffers have vowed to not speak or acknowledge her in passing."
