Shut Down? Abby Lee Miller Hasn’t Paid Taxes On Pittsburgh Dance Studio For 3 Years!
Is ALDC Pittsburgh shut down for good? RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal Abby Lee Miller hasn’t paid taxes on her studio, which was the location for Dance Moms for the first four seasons, in three years.
According to the clerk for Allegheny County Court in Pennsylvania, Miller failed to pay $1,771.38 in taxes and two years of interest for the 2016 year.
For the 2017 year, she owes $1,771.38 in taxes with one year worth of interest.
As for the 2018 year, she has delinquent taxes in the amount of $1,966.23. That amount includes penalty and interest.
According to the Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office, the property is currently not in a sheriff’s sale, which is the public auction of a property to satisfy an unpaid obligation.
It is unclear if ALDC Pittsburgh is still holding classes. According to the studio’s website and Instagram page, only programs in the Los Angeles area are being advertised.
Miller, 52, was sentenced to one year and one day in prison for not reporting an international monetary transaction and concealing bankruptcy assets.
Miller underwent emergency surgery after her release in April for what doctors believed was a spinal infection. She was soon diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.
Miller has likely racked up hefty medical bills, as she was in the hospital from April to September. RadarOnline.com reported that she recently moved into a one-bedroom apartment in Glendale, California.
