Tori Spelling Accused Of Acting Drunk In Late-Night Instagram Video With Kids

Is Tori Spelling spiraling again?

Fans accused the troubled star being intoxicated while she filmed an Instagram live story with her kids last night, RadarOnline.com can report.

At around 9 pm in Los Angeles, the 45-year-old mother of five appeared to slur her words while taking fans into her friend Josh Flagg's refrigerator.

Spelling, along with her kids, were celebrating the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star's one-year anniversary to his husband Bobby Boyd.

"Josh has chosen to watch one of my movies, Troop Beverly Hills, so I'm going to walk in the kitchen and see what's up!" she told viewers.

"Are you really doing a fridge tour?" her son Liam, 11, asked.

Spelling's Instagram followers appeared as baffled as her child.

"Are you drunk?" one asked.

"Yo, you been drinking girl?" commented another.

"Are you hammered?" inquired a third.

In another post to her Instagram story, she screamed while rolling around with her kids and Flagg in bed.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Spelling suffered a meltdown earlier this year — and cops were called to her home with husband Dean McDermott twice.

Last week, the distressed star snapped at followers who called her kids ugly.

"I was raised to believe that if you can't say anything nice about someone then don't say anything at all," Spelling said. "Lift others up and you in turn lift yourself up #endcyberbullying."
