Rosie’s Pregnant Daughter’s Divorce Drama: Ex Cannot Harass Unborn Child

Rosie O’Donnell’s daughter Chelsea is pulling out all the stops to protect her unborn child from her ex Nicholas Alliegro in their divorce battle, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

In shocking divorce documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, a stipulation states that neither party is allowed to harass each other, and/or a minor child of either party.

“Both parties are enjoined and restrained from harassing, intimidating, physically abusing or imposing any restraint on the personal liberty of the other party or a minor child of either of the parties,” the papers explained.

Also in the binding court documents, Chelsea, 20, and Alliegro, 31, are restrained from damaging each other’s property. Additionally, Chelsea, who filed for the divorce, is allowed her “couch, television stand, clothing, blue pots and pans from her mother Kelly (sic), family pictures, and passport,” the documents stated.

Chelsea married Alliegro, a plumber, in 2016. But she’s since moved on with new boyfriend, Jacob Bourassa. Chelsea and Bourassa are expecting a child in January 2019.
