It's official: Danielle Staub has been served.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star's husband Marty Caffrey filed for divorce after just four months of marriage, RadarOnline.com confirmed last week, and now she has received the divorce papers.
Caffrey told RadarOnline.com first in July that he was ending their marriage after just two months together, saying: “Marty McCaffrey is divorcing Danielle Staub."
Staub’s rep, Steven Honig, confirmed to RadarOnline.com that she received the court documents. Us Weekly first reported that she was served.
Staub and Caffrey two fought for weeks after he dropped the bombshell news that he was leaving her, and they were both granted restraining orders against each other.
In his documents, Caffrey claimed Staub threatened to “stab him in the neck at least a dozen times.”
Staub accused him of being verbally abusive.
The orders were both dropped, but the divorce is still ongoing.
