Owen Wilson’s pregnant baby mama, who said she has been secretly dating the Wedding Crashers star for five years, has a shocking arrest in her past, RadarOnline.com exclusively learned.
Varunie Vongsvirates, 34, is expecting her daughter with Wilson on Friday, her first baby and his third, but Radar uncovered a report of her alleged history of battery domestic violence.
According to the Orange County, Florida arrest affidavit obtained by Radar, Vongsvirates was arrested after a fight with her boyfriend, Allister Blackham, in 2011.
“Blackham stated that Vongsvirates became jealous of a female that called his cell phone. Blackham added that Vongsvirates punched him in the throat and repeatedly pound him in the chest,” the document stated.
The officer described Blackham’s condition. “Blackham stated that he feels like he has difficulty swallowing. Vongsvirates also prevented him from leaving the room. I observed redness on Blackham’s throat and chest. I also noticed a small scratch in his nose.”
The boyfriend refused treatment according to the report.
The officer described Vongsvirates after the alleged fight. She “stated that they had an argument. When I asked for specifics of the incident, she stated that I already asked Blackham about the incident. I advised her that she could go to jail based on Blackman’s statement.”
She then told the officer: “Do what you gotta do!”
Her boyfriend refused to cooperate with police.
According to court records, she posted $1500 bail on November 20, 2011 and was ordered to have “no hostile or violent contact with the victim,"and was not allowed to “possess/consume and alcoholic/illegal drugs.”
The Orange County District Attorney’s Office declined to prosecute on December 19, 2011.
Vongsvirates, who confirmed her happy baby news to Radar, said the arrest was “nothing. It was something so stupid. That’s why it was closed.”
Her ex-boyfriend also spoke to Radar about the incident.
“It was just a long time ago,” Blackham explained. “I know I did nothing wrong.”
He was adamant with Radar that he didn’t want to discuss the fight or the arrest: “I am not interested in talking about her. I have no idea what she is up to.”
