Holly Madison & Ex Pasquale Signed Prenup: Neither Will Get Alimony!
Holly Madison's premarital agreement is stopping her from receiving spousal support from estranged husband Pasquale Rotella, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
In court papers obtained from Eight Judicial District Court in Clerk County, Rotella filed for divorce against Madison on August 28, 2018.

"That the views, tastes, likes and dislikes of husband and wife have been incompatible to the extent that it has been impossible for them to live together as husband and wife in marital harmony," Rotella's complaint read. "As a result of these differences, there is no possibility of a reconciliation between them."
Rotella, 44, is asking for both parties to be awarded joint legal and physical custody of their children Rainbow, 5, and Forest, 1.
He is asking that child support for the minor children be set "in accordance with the provisions until said children reach the age of majority, marries or becomes otherwise emancipated."
He explained how the couple entered a premarital agreement on September 6, 2013 before their marriage.
"Pursuant to the parties' Premarital Agreement, neither party is entitled to alimony or spousal support from the other," the papers read. "That each party be responsible for their own attorney's fees and costs incurred herein."
According to the agreement, separate assets and debts of husband and wife should be confirmed to them as their sole and separate property or debt.
Rotella requests that he continue to maintain medical, optical and dental insurance for the minor children. He asked that they share all unreimbursed medical expenses of the minor children, including but not limited to medical, dental, optical, orthodontic and psychological expenses.

Rotella asked the court seal the divorce records. The request was ordered on September 5, 2018.

The couple met in 2011 and tied the knot in 2013.
An insider told the website that the couple grew apart, but are committed to co-parenting their children.
Rotella confirmed their split over Instagram.
"It is with love in our hearts and a deep respect for one another that Holly and I have amicably made the decision to separate," he captioned a photo of Madison and their children. "First and foremost, we are forever partners and parents to two beautiful children, and are fully committed to raising them in an environment filled with love and positivity."
He continued, "Holly is a talented woman and a beautiful soul. We remain the best of friends while co-parenting and continuing to support one another in our respective passions in life. Though it was not a decision we made hastily or take lightly, Holly and I welcome this next chapter in our relationship, and have every confidence that the future will bring only the best for us and our kids. We will always be family. Thank you all for your continued love and support."
