Third Brett Kavanaugh Accuser Claims He Spiked Girls' Drinks To 'Gang Rape' Them
Feb. 25 2019, Updated 11:40 a.m. ET
A third Brett Kavanaugh, 53, accuser says Supreme Court nominee and his friends spiked the drinks of girls in high school, making it easier for them to be gang-raped.
Julie Swetnick, 55, attended a high school in Maryland with the judge, and said via her lawyer that his actions used to "cause girls to lose inhibitions and their ability to say 'No.' "
She added that he and his friend, Mark Judge, put alcohol or drugs in the girls' drinks so they "could then be 'gang raped' in a side room or bedroom by a 'train' of numerous boys."
In an affidavit shared by lawyer Michael Avenatti, she also claimed she was the victim of "one of these 'gang' or 'train' rapes where Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh were present."
Another woman seconded her allegations.
Swetnick's claims came on the evening of the hearing for Kavanaugh and another accuser. Neither he nor the White House have commented on the claims.
RadarOnline.com readers know Kavanaugh has denied all claims, and after his second accuser came forward, even said that he was a virgin in high school and through most of his college years.
