Abby Lee Miller Has ‘No Remorse’ For Past Behavior After Cancer & Prison
Prison and cancer hasn’t changed Abby Lee Miller! The Dance Moms star continues to live up to her tough love reputation while filming for the upcoming season of Dance Moms, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
“Abby is just as difficult to work with as she was before jail and cancer,” a source told RadarOnline.com. “She has no remorse for any of her past behaviors.”
The insider added, “Abby makes work unpleasant and she is a full-blown narcissist!”
And her students feel the same, as a former student admitted Miller, 51, was “universally disliked by her students.”
Casting for season 8 of the Lifetime series has been announced.
“They have started filming and apparently they will pick up from inside the hospital where Abby needs to build a team from scratch,” another source previously told RadarOnline.com. “She’s starting all over, a full reset.”
But producers have had trouble finding new cast members because parents “don’t want their children affiliated with Abby.”
As readers know, Miller, 51, is known for her harsh teaching approach, as she has often been caught on camera screaming at students and criticizing them.
Her student Paige Hyland, who appeared on Dance Moms, even sued her when she quit the series in 2014.
In the lawsuit, she alleged Miller pinched the young dancers “until they bled.” The lawsuit also mentioned the time Miller threw a chair during a confrontation with Paige and her mother Kelly, which was filmed for the series.

The case was dismissed in July 2015 because of insufficient evidence.
Miller was sentenced to one year and one day in prison for not reporting an international monetary transaction and concealing bankruptcy assets. She was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma soon after being transferred to a halfway house.
RadarOnline.com exclusively reported she has moved out of the hospital, where she has been battling the disease, and into a small one-bedroom apartment in Glendale, California.
