Mariah's Nightmare: Carey's Ex-Manager Claims Legal Battle Imminent

Mariah Carey is going to need more than a “Dream Lover” to rescue her from an impending legal battle brought on by former manager and business partner Stella Bulochnikov.

After months of keeping silent, Bulochnikov — who started working with Carey, 48, in 2015 before a bitter split in late 2017— spoke exclusively to RadarOnline.com about the imminent lawsuit.

Carey's former confidante told RadarOnline.com she believes she’s owed millions of the fortune she helped the superstar earn during their time together.

"Instead of paying me what she owes me...she chartered yachts and private jets, and went on lavish vacations to the Bahamas," Bolochnikov claimed to RadarOnline.com.

Bulochnikov said the lawsuit is strictly about money that is owed her, claiming she "created jobs" for the star.

She estimated she’s raked in “over $100 million” for Carey during their time working together.

“When I started representing Mariah in 2015, I made her over $27 million. The following year, in 2016, I made her $35 million. In 2017, I made her roughly $40 million. I had secured over $50 million in deals through our joint company for 2018," she told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

“I have given Mariah every opportunity to make good on this, and I have done everything that I can to preserve her integrity. This lawsuit is neither frivolous, nor baseless. It is about money that is owed to me for services that were rendered, as well as massive deals that were in place through our joint company.”

The once dynamic duo started Magic Carpet Production together in 2016, and Bulochnikov claims the company has suffered "massive" damages.

The scorned ex-manager also alleged Carey "breached her contract as partner in the company."

RadarOnline.com can confirm Bulochnikov filed a summons in New York court in April, stating the nature of her lawsuit will be breach of contract, violation of the U.S. Civil Rights Act, and a violation of the Fair Employment and Housing Act.

Rumors of an impending lawsuit about sexual harassment started swirling in April.
