Kim Zolciak Slammed By Fans For ‘Plastic’ New Face: ‘You look Like Michael Jackson!’

Kim Zolciak shared a sweet post about her youngest daughter, Kaia Biermann, 4, starting Pre-K next week — but that’s not what fans noticed from the shocking photo.
“Stop with the lip fillers!” commented an Instagram user of the reality star’s massive new lips.
“OMG! What have you done to your face?” wrote another.
“You Look like Michael Jackson” commented a third user, with others calling the former Real Housewives Of Atlanta star “plastic” and “fake.”
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Kim, 40, has never tried to hide her many cosmetic surgeries, and has even said she will continue to change her appearance until she feels comfortable with it.
Last week, she even shared the news that she will be getting a breast reduction, since her large implants have become too bothersome.
Not surprisingly, her eldest daughter, Brielle, 21, has followed in her plastic footsteps — and he’s not ashamed!
“Real sisters even though the only real one is on the right,” Brielle captioned a photo of her and sister Ariana, 16, referring to her own lip fillers.
