Cops Investigating Jack Osbourne Alleged Assault On Ex's New Boyfriend
Jack Osbourne went over to his estranged wife's home around 1am on Monday when he allegedly punched her new boyfriend in the head, and now RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned cops are investigating the attack.
According to the North Hollywood Domestic Violence Police Division, Michael G. Gabel was punched by Osbourne after getting into a heated altercation. Cops were called to the scene but Gabel refused to press charges.
"It was initially a radio call," Detective Portier told RadarOnline.com. "But then once police got there the victim became uncooperative. He doesn't even want to talk to us at all about what happened. So we can't press charges."
Although Gabel is not pressing charges, police told RadarOnline.com an investigation is still underway.
"Per our policies we still had to take a report," Portier said. "It's being investigated, but because of the level of the victim's cooperation so far even in the initial report, it's doubtful the case will be filed."
